Stephen Friedman (Owner) - A California Craftsman, skilled in everything. He came to Houston from Los Angeles in 2001 where he owned a remodeling business for 12 years as a licensed general contractor and master electrician. Here in Houston, he worked for a commercial builder for 3 years before restarting his own business as Nest Builders. He is dedicated to building beautiful structures with the highest quality construction. He also enjoys working on historic preservation of our city's original buildings.

Cynthie Thomas (Co-Owner) - A native Houstonian who is very familiar with the Greater Houston area. She worked in the computer industry for 14 years before meeting Steve and starting Nest Builders together as a husband and wife team. Cynthie has a great attention for detail and is responsible for the business operations. She can answer any questions, or refer the right information.
