I saw this article on one of my favorite remodeling magazines, Housingzone.com that I receive emails on. It is very interesting about what the research is showing about short sales affecting our markets. It's even more interesting to read all of the contradicting comments below it. Now we are not housing market, or real estate experts, but I like to follow the articles and news to keep up with the situation. What do you think it's like in Harris and Montgomery counties?
